Far happier on the track than in front of the camera(!) my first play into video guides. I will look to add some more over the coming weeks and months and hopefully the quality will also increase!

But in all seriousness always make time for a proper warm up. Even if you don’t have a coach present you need to be committed to perform your own warm up specific to you needs. A warm up leads to a better performance, reduced risk of injury and improved mental focus, which you can take into your next event.
