After years avoiding running, I started running regularly last year and turns out there’s more to it than you think. I had a few problems to begin with but I knew who I needed to speak to. Sophie helped me get the right trainers AND how to tie them (turns out you don’t tie them so tight it cuts off your circulation). She gave me some stretches and I was back on the road! More recently, when I started running more often during lockdown, She was on hand to help me get back to the speed I was running at last year. She also gave me some great advice on a stitch that got me every run and fix some newly acquired knee pain. Needless to say, Sophie is my go to for anything running related, she’s the best! Dan Searle
